Planning to visit? Here’s what you need to know
- Payment by Cash, Debit and Credit Card.
- Payments are processed on-site only and made prior to room access.
- Reservations require a credit card to secure the appointment and agree to our cancellation policy. Visits are never processed in advance.
- The cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24-hour notice. Fees are $30 for 1-hour appointments and $50 for 2-hour appointments.
- Prices are located under the Reservation Tab. Click Book Now for info.
- Please notify us if your child has any special requests.
- If your child is sick, please do not bring him/her to Caden’s Lighthouse.
- To have access to our room, all children must be accompanied by a parent or therapist. Please supervise at all times.
- Socks only. If you forget socks, you will have to purchase socks for $.
- No food/drink allowed.
- Age of participants newborns to 12 years old. Please call 514-419-2324 for special requests.
- Camera Surveillance.
- Maximum 6-8 participants at a time, plus parent/therapist
- Private Therapy sessions do not grant facility access. In order to use the rest of the facility, admission fees are required.
- Please give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel appointments, as this time is valuable to others.
- There is NO elevator access to the basement where we are located. Please call 514-419-2324 if you require help with your stroller. Staff will safely bring it down and back upstairs after the appointment. Please hold your baby while the staff helps.
- Playdates are Welcome.
